Judge wants ex-Edwards aide in court, with tape

A judge wants a former aide to John Edwards to appear in a North Carolina court along with any copies of private videotapes that are being demanded by Edwards' former mistress.

Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones has scheduled a hearing Friday for Andrew Young, who has said he has a video of Edwards having sex with a woman.

The judge wrote in court documents that Young could be held in civil or criminal contempt if he does not personally appear in court.
