From The Frank Lombard School of Dickology: Arrested for performing circumcisions without a license

56-year-old Sparta man has been arrested for performing circumcisions without a license. Police say Thomas Alan Heugel was performing circumcisions on adult male subjects, as well as massages and body piercing. Police say Heugel portrayed himself as a medical doctor to his patients and performed the procedures at his residence.
